Since I am a frequent flyer these days,
I beleive I have crossed the Atlantic Ocean
close to 50 times by now.....
.... I have stopped reading the security info
on the planes.
Maybe I should do that, Maybe there is some
new information that is important.

I am sure that listening and
looking at the flight-attendants demonstration
every time we take-off, is enough.

I miss my kids, too, but they are grown-up,
so really, I should not miss them, but I do.
My dear K is back at work on a ship, so he
is happy.
I miss him, too.
But I am only a little bit home-sick,

The trip here was bumpy,

trying to get everything done.
Work for an hour, then Diabetes appointment.
Got a new sugarmonitor, a very small one.
New prescription for insulin, a new kind of syringes,
called a KwikPen. Same medicin, but smaller Pen.
Then to Kungälv for an X-ray of my lower back.
It is good that they check everything out, in case
it is something with the old injury from 8 years ago.
Then lunch. I finally got my mashed potatoes with
shrimpsalad, from a streetvendor.
VERY YUMMY, indeed.
About 2 hours ago, I went to the gym, and did
20 minutes on a kind of low-sitting bicycle.
Felt good, and my back felt ok.
Before I went to the gym, I managed to make
4, read it again, FOUR, lasagnas. So now they
have lunches for next week, too.
Now I will lay me down on the couch at my kids
apartment, and watch tv, until I fall asleep,
which will be very soon.
I am beat!!!

A school in a class of 15 kids
10 years old.
It was a good day, until two of the kids
decided to start acting stupid.
Of course they got corrected,
bad behavior always renders a no-no
from us adults.
But, they decided to call us ugly names instead.
I threw one of the kids out of the classroom, he
started crying, like a baby. Too bad, I do not tolerate
such bad attitudes.
I hope this kid thinks about what he did, and will
behave better in the future.
Otherwise a good day, good food in school for lunch.
Good nap, 2 hours when I got home.
I was tired.
Now, I will be a couch-potato, for the rest of the evening.

Fried some cod, it was very nice, with lots of lemon.
My bloodsugar was really low, so no insulin tonite.
Now, some news on the tv, and then a book before sleep.

Today started out totally wrong.
Woke up with cramps in my legs.
This is usually my body telling me
you have low blood-sugar.
I checked it, it was extemely low.
Woke up my son at 5, he fed me sugarwater.
I had passed out in the kitchen. Fell on the cabinet door,
and hit my head, elbow, knee and my foot.
And a piece of my front tooth is chipped off.
My goodness, what a start of the day.
Ate some well-needed food and fell asleep until 1 pm.
My pick-up....soon on the road!

After a swarm of text messages,
I have realized that I need more time off.

I just called Delta, they say that the bag is on-route, but the thing
is, that the last flight from miami today, landed 2 hrs ago. Grrrrr!!
I want my bag with me on the flight to paris in a few hours.
Well, well, same thing last time, my luggage was delivered to my door
in sweden, 2 days after my arrival.
Delta does it again.

lingonsylt, so that we could make
swedish meatball-dinner for our friends
